Sagentia Group’s headquarters are situated in 80,000 sq ft purpose-built freehold facilities in Harston, Cambridge. The facilities are important to us and reflect our culture which has a minimal hierarchy, and in which teamwork to build richer solutions for our clients is fostered, and interaction between peers is encouraged, as is individual freedom.

In 1995 Sagentia Group moved to its present location 5 miles south of Cambridge before expanding the site from 40,000 to 80,000 sq ft after 2000, on over 5 acres of land. Our facility gives the business maximum freedom in the gestation and development of new businesses as well as the space needed to grow Sagentia’s core technology consulting activities. Tenants alongside Sagentia include ventures and investments managed by Chord Capital – in particular CMR Fuel Cells and Sphere Medical.

After an extensive programme to let the new space in 2003-6, the site is now fully occupied and let and deservedly takes its place alongside the most prestigious of the Cambridge science parks and campus sites.
