Sagentia awarded industry accolade for innovation and technology
Sagentia is delighted to announce it is the proud recipient of three awards at the prestigious Management Awards presented by the Management Consultancies Association. Sagentia won the awards in the categories of Technology and Innovation as well as receiving the coveted overall Best Private Sector Project award for its work on M-PESA, a breakthrough mobile payment solution for micro-payments. The awards were held at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London.

Sagentia announces that, as at 5.00 p.m. on 4 July 2008, it had received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of a total number of 202,293,981 Sagentia Switzerland Shares, representing approximately 93.7 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of Sagentia Switzerland.
