Heritage

Sagentia’s heritage has always been closely linked to that of the 'Cambridge Phenomenon' – the high technology cluster based around Cambridge University in the UK that emerged in the 1980s.

AGM Statement

Sagentia announces that the resolutions set out in the notice of the Annual General Meeting, which accompanied the Annual Report, were duly passed at the Company's AGM, other than the proposal to set off the accumulated deficit of ChF 15,371,172 against the general reserve in the company only accounts of Sagentia.
